Parents & Guardians Information

  1. Parents are requested to see that their children attend the school punctually, and to ensure that those Who come to take the children home are there at the time the school closes.
  2. All correspondence regarding the Pedagogy Curriculum and management is to be addressed to the secretary only.
  3. Parents are requested to co – operate with the school management by enforcing regularity and discipline by taking a general interest in the children’s progress and by attending Parents – Teachers Meeting when requested to do so.
  4. Parents & Guardians must keep it touch daily with the School Diary for information and the changes that might occur from time to time.
  5. Students should reach the School before 10 minutes of the scheduled School Timing.
  6. Any Complaints or Suggestions /Advice regarding management / Curriculum etc. should be made to Secretary only.
  7. Parents / Guardians should not stand near the class room / gates when your ward inters the class.
  8. If a student is absent without the prior information for the first three consecutive months of the Academic year, her/his name may be struck off the rolls.
  9. Parents /guardians must check the School notice board/school diary for information and the changes that might take place from time to time.
  10. The school authorities reserve the right to advice to compel parents to withdraw their children. If their progress in studies is poor or their attendance is irregular or their conduct is harmful to the other students or their fees are not paid in time.
  11. The right to change or modify the rules and regulations to change or to modify, vacations and holidays remains with the secretary only.
  12. Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and other belongings which must be marked clearly with their names. The school does not hold responsibility for the loss of any belongings of students.
  13. Students are forbidden to bring any kind of costly domestic items (i.e. – wrist watch, mobile phones toys, cartoon books, currency etc.) other than school may be brought to the school.
  14. If a student is absent without the prior information for the 1st three consecutive days of the Academic year, her/his name may be struck off the rolls.
